HOME ALONE

It's official, I am now making work again
I am playing with several ideas at once, designing doll brooches.
 Raku firing copper moths
and exploring my stash of pocket watch cases.
 And then ...
 there is the cutlery.
Deep breath, relax and enjoy the making, well this is my mantra, it has more class than, 'Don't panic Mr Mainwaring!!!'

Hello Sue, I've been away from blogging for the last month and realised I missed your post about your MA show - how did the PV go? And more importantly, when will you get your results?! I'm on the edge of my seat, although frankly if they don't give you a Distinction they're mad... And I love your raku experiments - there I was, thinking only ceramics could be raku-fired! The irridescence is lovely. Sara x

What beautiful work. Never knew enamelling was so contemporary. Do you have a shop? I could easily be tempted to buy something for my girls.
